Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Optimus AI Global Ecosystem Ltd (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information on GeniusKidsOS. Because our primary users are children and teens (ages 7–17), we take extra care with what we collect, how it is used, and who can access it.

• Account information: the registering parent/guardian or teacher’s name and email, the child’s display name/age band, and login credentials.
• User content: code, games, videos, cartoons, prompts, and other work created on the platform, stored to display and save a student’s own projects.
• Usage data: features used and progress, to support learning and improve the platform.
• Payment information: subscription payments are processed directly by our payment gateway, Flutterwave — we do not store raw card details on our servers.

We do not knowingly collect more personal information from a child than is reasonably necessary to provide the service, and accounts for users under 18 require parent/guardian (or, for institutional accounts, school) consent before use. We do not sell children’s data and do not use it to serve targeted third-party advertising. A parent/guardian may review, request a copy of, or request deletion of their child’s data at any time by contacting us at the details below.

GeniusKidsOS’s generation features (coding help, image/video/CGI creation, and similar tools) work by routing a user’s prompt or input to one of several third-party AI service providers, selected automatically for reliability. Content submitted to these features may be processed by that provider in order to generate a response; providers are not authorized to use this data to advertise to your child.

• To provide, personalize, and improve the learning experience.
• To process subscription payments and send account/order-related notifications.
• To support institutional (school) accounts and a licensed teacher/mentor’s oversight of student progress within that school’s license.
• To maintain platform safety, including detecting misuse of AI generation features.

We use industry-standard encryption and secure database infrastructure to protect account and content data, both in transit and at rest. We retain account and content data for as long as an account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, billing, or safety records, unless a parent/guardian requests earlier deletion.

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to run the platform: our payment processor (Flutterwave), the third-party AI providers described above, and our hosting/infrastructure providers. Each is only given the data necessary to perform its function.

You (or, for a minor, their parent/guardian) may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data, or object to a specific use of it, by contacting us at the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Our infrastructure providers may process or store data outside Nigeria. Where this occurs, we rely on those providers’ own security and contractual safeguards to protect the data in transit and at rest.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. Material changes affecting how children’s data is handled will be reflected here with an updated date, and significant changes may also be communicated directly to registered parents/guardians.
