Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of GeniusKidsOS (“GeniusKidsOS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a platform owned and operated by Optimus AI Global Ecosystem Ltd at www.geniuskidsos.com. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

GeniusKidsOS is designed for use by children and teens aged 7–17. Account registration and any purchase must be completed by a parent, legal guardian, or an authorized institutional administrator (see Section 5) on the child’s behalf — a minor may not independently enter into these Terms or authorize payment.

By registering a child’s account, the registering parent/guardian confirms they have the legal authority to consent on the child’s behalf and agrees to:

• Provide accurate registration information and keep login credentials secure.
• Supervise the child’s use of the platform, including AI-generated output.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under the linked account.

A parent/guardian may request access to, or deletion of, their child’s account and associated data at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

GeniusKidsOS provides an educational, project-based platform for building real creative-technical skills — including guided coding, 2D game creation (Game Studio), AI-assisted video/CGI and cartoon generation (AI CGI Factory), and workflow automation — through an “idea-to-creation” engine that scaffolds a child’s idea into a buildable project. Features, tools, and content vary by subscription tier and are added, changed, or retired over time as the platform develops.

Schools and licensed teachers/mentors may access GeniusKidsOS under a separate institutional license covering a defined number of student seats. Institutional administrators are responsible for their own arrangements with parents/guardians regarding student use and consent within that license, consistent with their institution’s own safeguarding policies.

Games, code, videos, cartoons, and other work a student creates on GeniusKidsOS (“User Content”) remain the property of the creating user (or their parent/guardian, where applicable). By using the platform, you grant GeniusKidsOS a limited license to host, store, and display User Content solely as needed to operate the service (for example, saving a student’s project or displaying it back to them). The GeniusKidsOS platform itself — including its software, design, and branding — is the property of Optimus AI Global Ecosystem Ltd.

GeniusKidsOS uses multiple third-party AI providers to power generation features. You agree not to attempt to prompt or direct the platform to produce content that is unsafe, sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate for a children’s platform. AI-generated output can occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected; parents/guardians remain responsible for reviewing content their child creates or receives. We reserve the right to filter, remove content, or suspend an account that violates this section.

Certain features require a paid subscription (currently offered as Core, Pro, and Ultimate tiers, each available on a monthly or discounted annual billing cycle). All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, Flutterwave; we do not store your card details on our servers. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

To cancel, contact us at the email below before your next renewal date — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law or granted at our discretion.

GeniusKidsOS is an actively developing platform. We may add, modify, or discontinue features, and may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, engages in unsafe or abusive conduct, or for non-payment of an active subscription. A parent/guardian may close their child’s account at any time by contacting us.

GeniusKidsOS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optimus AI Global Ecosystem Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including reliance on AI-generated content or output.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed informally by contacting us at the details below.
